Valve Service
If you have been experiencing valve problems with your CRF250 or CRF450, we've have a excellent solution for you. We now offer stainless steel valve service. Replacing Honda's Titanium Valves with stainless steel valves resolves the problem. We can ship you the parts to do the job or you can just ship us your equipment and we will do the work for you.
Required for the CRF250
Valve & Spring Kit - $250.00 - Includes:
- - 4 Springs
- - 4 Retainers
- - 4 Base Washers
- - 2 Stainless Steel Intake Valves
* Not Included - 2 Exhaust Valves. Exhaust Valves are usually not needed and would be an additional $28.00 each. We have them in stock.
Recommended for the CRF250
- - 4 Each - Keepers - New Honda OEM Stock Keepers - $3.99 each
- - Wiseco Piston Kit - We recommend that you replace your piston when you do a valve job. We stock both Standard Compression and High Compression Piston Kits. Standard Kit is $139. Call for pricing on High Compression Kit.
- - Shim Kit - $80.00 - Includes all the shims you'll need to do the job, plus extras for when you adjust the valves later on.
- - Gasket Kit - $46.00 -This kit includes all the gaskets you will need to do a complete Valve and Piston job, including the valve seals.

For the CRF450
For the CRF450, the required and recommended parts are the same as for the CRF250, with the following price differences:

- - Gasket Kit - $48.00
- - Keepers - $3.99 (Exhaust) & $4.99 (Intake) each.
* With the above exceptions, all other prices are the same as for the CRF250.
