Shipping Information:

Orders are usually processed within 48hrs of receipt.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal, so please let us know how we can make your purchasing experience better.

All return requests must be made within 48hrs of receipt and provided in writing. It is a our sole discretion to accept a returned item for store credit.

After 48 hrs it is at Precision Racing's full discretion to accept a product back for credit.

All approved returns must be factory sealed and in new condition.

After the 48 hrs you also forfeit your rights to charge back the payment on your credit card.

NO REFUNDS only store credits which are subjective to restocking fees up to 25%.


Shipping Policy:

Only "ONLINE" orders are charged at a flat $10 rate.

Freight offer is for the continental 48 states and are shipped ground freight.

Orders that are called in are subject to standard shipping rates.

C.O.D. incur additional fees, see below.

Excludes: Over sized items and items to be determined at Precision Racing’s discretion


C.O.D. Orders:

C.O.D.s are an additional $10 per package.

Please call 717.582.7250 for all C.O.D purchases and info.

Some over sized, and other restricted items will not qualify for C.O.D. shipping.


Shipping restrictions:

Non-maintenance batteries and chemicals are shipped ground freight only to the continental U.S.

Any freight offers are for the continental U.S. and are shipped ground freight.


Pricing:

Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs or mis-marked items without notice and the ability to not honor a price listed in print or on our website.


Warranties:

Products are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem within reason.
